I‘m Christoph, a Product Designer from Germany with nearly a decade of experience in the SaaS industry. Currently, I’m a Product Designer at ToolTime, where I focus on building scalable design systems and creating tools that empower craftsmen to manage their businesses efficiently.
In the past, I was a Senior Product Designer at Europace, shaping the future of home financing with cohesive design systems. Before that, I worked at Plunet, where I helped translation agencies and freelance translators streamline their workflows.

Intersection of Design, Product, and Code
I thrive at the crossroads of design, product, and development. I enjoy contributing to the entire process—understanding user problems, designing flows and interfaces, prototyping ideas, and supporting front-end implementation. If there’s a bug or something wrong in the frontend, I’m not afraid to dive into the code and try to fix it myself to keep things moving smoothly.
The User at the Center and Problem-Solving
Users are always at the heart of my work. I love uncovering their needs and solving complex problems through accessible, beautiful, and enjoyable designs that make everyday tasks seamless.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Teams
I’m a strong believer that great products are built by great teams. I enjoy working with product managers, developers, researchers, and fellow designers, combining our strengths to envision, prototype, and ship features that make a difference.
Design Systems and Tools
I think holistically about design, creating cohesive systems that unify and simplify the design process. Whether it’s building and extending components or writing Figma plugins, I’m always seeking ways to make design workflows more efficient and effective.
Learning Through Curiosity
Learning has always been a source of joy for me—whether it’s uncovering how something works, exploring new tools and technologies, or immersing myself in different cultures. Recently, I’ve been learning Japanese, and it’s been both a fun and rewarding challenge.
Other Things I Like
Cooking
I love spending time in the kitchen, trying new dishes and baking all kinds of treats. Lately, I’ve been diving into breadmaking and just started my sourdough starter—wish me luck! 🤞
Video Games
When I’m not designing, I enjoy exploring new worlds in video games. My all-time favorites include Beyond Good & Evil, the Yakuza series, and Ori and the Blind Forest.
Japan
I’ve been to Japan three times and love the country and its culture. The food and landscape are incredible, and every visit leaves me wanting to explore more.
Corgis
I’m a little obsessed with Corgis—they’re just the best. It’s a dream of mine to have one of these fluffy companions someday.
